Who We Are
OUR STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The IDHA is a non-profit organization of conscientious sportsmen who are concerned about:
• HABITAT
• ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCES
• GENERAL WELFARE of DEER and OTHER WILDLIFE
• LANDOWNER'S RIGHTS
• GAME LAWS and ENFORCEMENT
The IDHA strives to build a closer working relationship with the Department of Natural Resources and other Wildlife/Conservation organizations, so that these concerns will be a common goal of all sportsmen.
The IDHA believes that the education of hunters, especially young hunters, and non hunters alike, should be, and is, one of our greatest concerns and our most important area of involvement.
These goals and ambitions of conservation and preservation are recognized by the IDHA as an essential part of our American Heritage and we will work to maintain them.
